NO! While we do take private insurance, Medicare and Medicaid, we also treat patients/clients without any insurance. We will use a sliding scale for fees based on a financial assessment. We will work to get you the services you need.

We take Blue Cross/Blue Shield (BCBS), Medcost, Medicare and Medicaid.

Call the Polk Wellness Center at (828) 894-2222 and let us know you need help or come to the Center. You will be able to discuss your situation with one of our highly experienced staff.
